Administrative Assistant

Description OfficeTeam has an exciting opportunity at a Non-Profit company for an experienced Administrative Assistant who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for various office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Do you love pivot tables, mail merging, and proofreading? This Administrative Assistant role is a long-term temporary opportunity and is located in Orange County, CA. Your responsibilities – Support a variety of projects for other employees – Organize word processors, files, and faxes – There will also be repetitive tasks such as creating links and editing policies – Lots of data entry in Excel – Heavy level of proofreading and policy updating Requirements Requirements – Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired – Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems – Intermediate excel knowledge (advanced is preferred) – Skills in internet research – At least 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred – They use Clarity HMIS and Yardi as well as google sheets and Excel. – No prior yardi experience is required but need to learn multiple application quickly – Must have flexible attitude on what the job is going to be. – Must be able to work independently as some days you will be working from home and the position is new duties may change or be updated – Has to be an extremely good communicator This opening will be staffed by the end of the week, so don’t delay – please submit your resume to Andrea at andrea.dugan@officeteam.com OfficeTeam, a Robert Half Company, matches professionals in the administrative field on a temporary and temporary-to-full-time basis.
