General Office Clerk

Performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work for a company in the Machinery Manufacturing field will be the main duties of this General Office Clerk. Your responsibilities – Greeting customers with a smile – Place and receive telephone calls – Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as necessary – Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties – Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing – Demonstrate command of prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence – Provide accurate, friendly customer service without delay Requirements This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent – At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred – Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities – Experience handling office equipment – Solid understanding of customer service – Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical – Experience with Word and Excel – Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments To be considered for the role you must have an active profile set up with Robert Half OfficeTeam – please email your resume to Raina.Gamble@OfficeTeam.com and we will coordinate a time with you for a registration interview.
