Human Resource Generalist

Description Robert Half Finance and Accounting is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team! A successful candidate will have strong HR Generalist knowledge in the areas of employee relations and retention, safety, benefits, training and policy interpretation/application. In this role, the Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. If your background and experience fits the requirements then please send your resume to david.sehoyan@roberthalf.com or call 248-205-5580 Ext. 48122 Duties include: -Provide full HR Generalist support to the manufacturing facility -Work closely with operations on manpower planning to support production-very important -HR administration, employee relations, recruiting and retention, team building, safety -Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; OSHA, ADA, EEO, etc. -Manage and support employee activities -Promote employee orientated, high performance culture Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, or equivalent degree and experience -Minimum 3 years’ experience in progressive HR Generalist experience in automotive manufacturing.
