Product Marketing: eCommerce Marketing Manager

Overview Are you a passionate, experienced marketing professional? Are you social media savvy and love to dive into diverse technology and products? We are looking for candidates like you to help us share the word about Esri’s latest product! In this role, you’ll envision and execute product marketing plans that will drive awareness, demand, adoption, and advocacy of new mapping tools to a broad range of customers. Using creativity, outside-in thinking, and the skills you’ve gained selling products directly to consumers via online channels, you’ll bring the power of mapping software to businesses and individuals. Our ideal candidate is a highly driven, self-motivated individual who will bring a fresh approach to reaching new market segments. You understand different types of marketing campaigns and can effectively leverage many of the marketing automation tools at your disposal. To execute your plans, you will partner with product managers, other marketing and design professionals, content creators, web design, PR, advertising, and events teams. Requirements 3+ years of SaaS product, high-tech, or solutions marketing experience, with a proven track record driving deeper engagement with target audiences, increasing adoption and delivering bottom-line results Excellent storytelling and influencing skills with the ability to develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Esri’s products in the market Able to work with cross-functional teams and hold your own in discussions with engineers while also distilling complex concepts into a format everyone can understand and evangelize Highly motivated, energetic self-starter; passionate; and deeply knowledgeable Strong written and verbal communication, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and project management skills Master’s in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) The Company Our passion for improving quality of life through geography is at the heart of everything we do.
