Qualifications Salary Range: $72,030 – $112,240 (Full Performance- Fort Meade Location) Salary Range: $70,181 – $109,358 (Full Performance- Colorado Location) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates’ education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Entry is with a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree and no experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position. Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Communications, Law, or Business Administration is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant experience must include research/analytic work, writing/editing, business/administrative work, and/or managing people or projects. Experience as a corporate policy officer, editor, paralegal, executive assistant, customer outreach advocate, or similar position or military executive/staff officer is preferred. Salary Range: $102,663 – $157,709 (Senior – Fort Meade Location) Salary Range: $100,027 – $153,659 (Senior – Colorado Location) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Experience managing people will be required if the Staff Officer position includes supervisory responsibilities. Relevant experience must include research/analytic work, writing/editing, business/administrative work, and/or managing people, projects, or processes.
