Job Summary ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION: Systems Engineersapply a structured approach to design and implementation of systemsand processes. They capture and translate mission and customerrequirements in order to transform them into capabilities, testing,and validation of services. Systems Engineers analyze and allocaterequirements to systems architecture components and oversee thedevelopment, testing, and validation of systems and services. Theyalso coordinate the integration of systems and services intoenterprise architecture and oversee deployment. Additional JobInformation ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Support for the EnterpriseRelease Management Team in the Foundational Engineering Division.Coordination with Integrated Program Offices (IPOs) for definitionof capabilities in accordance with approved requirements,architecture, and standards, with development of Solution andProgram Epics. Includes analysis for Minimal Viable Productdefinition and creation of Development Roadmap and initial schedulecoordination for integrated capabilities. Combination of Education andExperience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours ofcoursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience inInformation Technology, systems planning, research, development,engineering, or a related area that demonstrates the ability tosuccessfully perform the duties associated with this work. As arule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework isequivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show thattheir combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR-C. Highly Desired QualificationsQUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatoryqualifications, experience in the following is desired: *Experience with JIRA, Tableau, Confluence and associated interfacesfor capability definition, orchestration and visualization. *Experience with multi-disciplinary engineering coordination:requirements, architecture, schedule, and integration activity. *Knowledge of NGA and mission partner program activities in supportof sensor and GEOINT mission. * Current TS/SCI security clearance.Additional Job Requirements You must be able to obtain and retain aTop Secret security clearance with access to SensitiveCompartmented Information.
